Click “Sign In” in the upper right corner to reschedule or cancel visits, see upcoming appointments, update billing, and access your scans.

Rescheduling

Care Club: Life happens! As long as your account is active (not paused or discontinued), unused visits can be made up anytime. Please aim for 24 hours’ notice and make changes online. You’ll click ‘book now’ in the top right corner, and then ‘log in’ to access your account. If something comes up last minute, just text me before your visit. If I haven’t heard from you by your appointment time, that visit will be considered used.

Initial Visits, Progress Evaluations, Classes + A La Carte Visits: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or make changes. Visits missed or changed within 24 hours will be charged the full visit fee. A $1 deposit reserves Initial Visits + Classes.

Need to make a change within 24 hours? Online changes won’t be available. Just text me at 469.498.4200 and I’ll help you make the change.
