Manage Your Account Just click “sign in” in the upper right corner. From there, you can reschedule or cancel, view upcoming visits, update billing, and access your scans.
Rescheduling Care Club clients have no fee to reschedule NetworkSpinal sessions, and 24 hours’ notice is always appreciated. For Initial Visits, Progress Evaluations, Classes and A La Carte visits, 24 hours’ notice is needed to make changes- visits missed or changed within that window will incur the full visit fee. A $1 deposit is collected to reserve first visits + classes.
You can make changes to your appointment online up to 24 hours before your visit. If you’re within 24 hours, online changes won’t be available. Simply book a new visit and leave a note in the “thank you for booking” section with the appointment you’d like canceled. I’ll take care of the rest.
